Please note that same day delivery is available on all orders placed by Noon in the recipient’s time zone. There is limited delivery on Sundays. Liquor deliveries are limited to areas where our vendors hold a liquor license.

Singing Telegrams: If for any reason the requested singing telegram will not be available for the date and time ordered, you will be contacted via email or by telephone.

For any deliveries placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) in the recipient’s time zone for same day delivery, please call us direct at 800-886-7464.

Any online orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) in the recipient’s time zone that cannot be accommodated for same day will be delivered the following day.

Please contact us direct at 800-886-7464 for any deliveries needed on a Sunday. Sunday deliveries are available to limited locations.

The earliest delivery day on orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) on Saturday is the following Monday afternoon.

For all international orders, please allow 72-hours for delivery

CANCELLATION POLICY & CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:

You may cancel, re-schedule or alter your order with NationwideBalloons.com using the following guidelines:

Cancellations MUST be made by contacting a LIVE NationwideBalloons.com representative at 800 886 7464 direct during regular posted business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 8:00 PM (EST). We cannot accept cancellations via email or before or after our regular business hours. No cancellations can be accepted on Saturday or Sundays.

A cancellation request on a balloon, floral or gift basket order must be received within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date/time. If 24 hours notice is not given, we will, as a courtesy, attempt to stop the delivery however, if the order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel.

A cancellation request on a Singing Telegram or other Entertainment must be received within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time. If 48 hours notice is not given you will be charged in full and will be issued an Entertainment Credit to be used within 1 year of the original scheduled date minus the standard cancellation fee.

There is a 25% cancellation fee for all balloon decorating jobs that are cancelled.

When ordering Custom imprinted balloons or bulk balloons: Once your order has been processed, there is no cancellation.

There is a standard $15.00 cancellation fee on all Balloon Arrangement, Teddy Bear Express & Floral orders.

There is a standard $20.00 cancellation fee on all Custom Gift Basket orders.

There is a standard $35.00 cancellation fee on all Singing Telegram or Entertainment orders.

We are happy to accommodate any changes that are requested given ample notice. If the delivery address changes outside of the original delivery area, additional delivery fees may apply.

We are happy to re-schedule the delivery date for your arrangement given ample notice at no additional cost.

RETURN POLICY:

Once your arrangement has been delivered we are unable to accept returns.
